This is done after an initial amount is collected equally from across all players and accumulated at the pot (a central pot for depositing all stakes).

4) Value of stake to be determined:

Teen Patti rules can get a bit complex here. Value of the stake depends on whether the player and the previous player immediate to the current player has been playing blind or not. If the current and the previous player plays blind, then the staked value remains the same as the current value deposited at the pot can be doubled as well. If the previous player is not playing blind, then the current player has the liberty to go with half the staked value of the previous player or the current staked value.

If both the players are not playing blind, then the current stake value remains the same or could be doubled as well. If only the previous player is playing blind, then the current stake value is doubled or could be increased by 4 times.

5) Folding or showing of cards:

The betting continues until all except one player folds in their cards. This last player finally wins the entire pot money. However, if all players fold except for two, then one of them can challenge the other for a ‘show’. The stake values are different depending upon if the current player, as well as the previous player, is playing blind or not.
